Writer. Pragmatic Idealist™. Happiness Facilitator. Rebel-sage. Playful mystic. Pragmatic philosopher. Survivor of nonsense. Believer in magic — and someone who genuinely enjoys the wild ride of waking up.
I’m not here to present a perfect, polished version of personal growth. I’m not interested in whispering affirmations or pretending the world will sort itself out if we just breathe deeply enough.
I’m here because the world has lost its damn mind — and I believe waking up doesn’t have to be miserable.
For years, my work centered on gentleness: acceptance, non-judgment, going with the flow, living lightly. It was true. It was good. It helped people breathe again when life felt too heavy.
And then something shifted.
Not because gentleness stopped mattering — but because clarity became urgent. Joy became defiant. And pretending not to notice what was happening stopped being an option.
Now my work lives where joy becomes rebellion, clarity becomes courage, and intention becomes revolution.
I call this Pragmatic Idealism™.
It means I see the world exactly as it is — messy, loud, stunningly absurd, and often behaving like it’s lost its damn mind — and I still believe we can change it.
Not by screaming into the void. Not by outsourcing our power. Not by waiting for someone more enlightened, more political, more qualified, or more magical to fix things.
We change the world by changing who we are being inside it.
By choosing our internal state on purpose. By refusing to hand our power to chaos. By thinking clearly. By laughing more. By remembering a truth we keep forgetting:
We are not powerless. We are simply distracted.
I take joy seriously. I just don’t take seriousness seriously.
I believe in fun as a strategy. I believe in joy as medicine.
I believe in magic — because I’ve lived enough life to know it’s real. And I believe in science — because it keeps proving that magic is often just energy we understand better now.
And I believe the world shifts every time one person decides to wake up — even a little.
My books, my podcast, and this quiet rebellion all exist for one reason:
To help you remember who you are.
Not the stressed, exhausted, world-battered version of you. The you who can laugh again. The you who can think clearly again. The you who can choose intentionally again. The you who is powerful — not someday, but now.
If you’re looking for gentle hand-holding, I’m probably not your girl. If you’re looking for someone to fix you, I’m definitely not.
But if you’re ready to wake up, reclaim your power, laugh often, live lightly, and change your corner of the world from the inside out…
Welcome home.
Wake up. Have fun. And change the world.
